ATEX AR-053 Air Conditioner – Rooftop

AR-053 rooftop ATEX air conditioners are designed to safely provide a comfortable indoor climate in areas where an explosive atmosphere may be present due to the release of gas. These rooftop air conditioners feature a compact design and require minimal installation space. The control knobs for ventilation and cooling, as well as the air thermostat, are integrated into the low-profile ceiling panel.

Description

Installation of this compact rooftop air conditioner does not require any connections to the refrigeration circuit; therefore, no specialized refrigeration technician is needed. The circuits supplying the control knobs and thermostat are intrinsically safe, and the connection between the rooftop unit and the ceiling panel is made via plug-in connectors. As a result, installation is fast, simple, and efficient. When access to the control knobs in the ceiling panel is impractical, the ATEX AR-053 rooftop unit can be equipped with a wired remote control.

All units are supplied with an additional protective coating on the sheet steel components, copper tubing, and aluminum condenser and evaporator fins, ensuring extended service life even under harsh operating conditions.
